Meet Davia Roberts, LPC
I’m a clinician who left a ‘traditional’ career because I believe mental health shouldn’t be limited to therapy offices. It belongs in the marketplace, at dinner tables, and staff meetings.
With this belief, you’ll find me teaching about mental health at conferences, consulting companies on employee wellbeing, and sharing wellness resources online.
I specialize in the following areas:
trauma-informed care (specifically racial trauma)
burnout and compassion fatigue
corporate care/mental health in the workplace
mindfulness to support general wellbeing
